'Lawyer Pasit' proceeds with lawsuit against 'surgeon' who performed breast augmentation surgery on Laotian victim, causing wound inflammation - hearing set for November 4, 2024, along with requesting the court to share assets with another victim Today (19 August) at the Criminal Court on Ratchadaphisek Road, Mr. Pasit Lertsincharoenkul, the lawyer representing the Lao woman who was the victim of plastic surgery, filed a lawsuit against the doctor who performed the surgery and his four associates as defendants. Lawyer Pasit said that today he came to file a lawsuit against a Lao woman who had breast augmentation surgery and suffered damages. In this case, the Supreme Court ruled that the doctor who performed the surgery on the Lao woman must pay compensation for the damages in the case of fraud and negligence causing serious injuries to others. The court accepted the case as black case number A.2432/2567 and scheduled a hearing to examine the plaintiff's claim on November 4, 2567 at 9:00 a.m. In this case , the Lawyers Council under Royal Patronage signed an agreement with the Lao PDR to file a lawsuit to distribute assets to the Lao woman. The plaintiff and the first defendant did not object. The court therefore ordered the distribution of assets in the case of the victim of plastic surgery who had been in a coma for more than 5 years due to plastic surgery performed by the same doctor. In the criminal case, the Lao woman asked the Lawyers Council for legal assistance. The Lawyers Council therefore set up a subcommittee to oversee the case, with me acting as a lawyer from the Lawyers Council. For the case of the average assets, it is a civil case in which the Supreme Court has already made a judgment and has used the Supreme Court's order to request the average assets. From the Sleeping Beauty case in which the Supreme Court has also made a judgment and ordered the seizure of the assets of the first defendant, the dividends will be averaged each year and the assets will be averaged as mentioned. This case i s related to a doctor who performed plastic surgery, resulting in multiple victims. The first victim was a sleeping beauty for more than 5 years. Another victim had plastic surgery on her face, causing her to have a deformed face. The latest victim is a Laotian woman who underwent breast surgery and developed an inflamed wound.
