Bangkok: The court denied bail to Dr. B. His lawyer insists that Dr. B has a strong and loving family, and believes that someone fabricated evidence to damage Dr. B's reputation. He will wait for the truth to be proven and evidence to be revealed.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Santi Panyachairaksa, lawyer for Mr. Seksan (or Dr. B), applied for bail, but the court denied it, citing the high penalty and concerns about tampering with evidence. The lawyer cited his cooperation with the police from the beginning, citing his consistent visits to the police, his cooperation in every matter, and his lack of a history of fleeing. He added that if he had attempted to flee, he would have had numerous opportunities to do so, but he remained to demonstrate his innocence. However, the court's discretion is ultimately up to him, and he accepts this.
Today, I met with Dr. B. We spoke with him and offered encouragement. I told him to stay strong as he awaits the proof of his innocence. However, it's normal for Dr. B to be somewhat anxious, as he's never experienced anything like this before and doesn't think he'd be in such a place. I also said I'd fight to prove the truth to Dr. B. From what I've observed, Dr. B is feeling fatigued due to lack of sleep.
When asked if Dr. B met with Tid George and had a conversation, the lawyer said the two met but did not talk.
Regarding the issue of Dr. B having multiple wives and the whole thing stemming from jealousy, Attorney Santi confirmed that Dr. B has one family, and it's a strong and loving one. His wife is a good person, and there's definitely no reason to expose it.
Regarding the initial incident and whether someone has come forward to reveal this evidence, the lawyer stated, "I know and I have some evidence. The video clip in the case file is evidence that someone intentionally created. It may not be a matter of discrediting or exposing the evidence, but rather a matter of intentionally creating such evidence. I'm seeking answers. If it's ultimately proven that someone did this and caused damage to Dr. B, I will take legal action." He emphasized that he has definitive evidence and facts, but he wants the Dr. B case to be finalized before revealing the truth.
