Korn and Rita Volunteer to Serve Her Majesty Queen Mother with Food Distribution at Sanam Luang

Bangkok: Korn Narongdej and Sririta Jensen volunteered to distribute 2,000 boxes of sticky rice and fried pork to people offering condolences and paying homage before the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, at the Royal Food Zone in Sanam Luang, near the Sri Burapha Auditorium, Thammasat University, Tha Prachan Campus.

According to Thai News Agency, Korn and Rita expressed their desire to contribute to society by volunteering to support Her Majesty's children, who are visiting to offer their condolences and respect at the Sahathai Samakhom Pavilion in the Grand Palace. They also invited the public to pay their respects to the royal remains starting November 9, 2025. The couple emphasized their wish for visitors to feel nourished and content, pledging to volunteer whenever possible.

Korn shared that he had met and served Her Majesty the Queen Mother on several occasions with his mother. He vowed to continue following Her Majesty's example of good deeds and societal contributions, emulating her 70 years of service aimed at enhancing Thai people's lives.

Rita, who participated in a Thai silk fashion show in front of Her Majesty in Phetchabun Province, expressed gratitude for Her Majesty's grace. She recalled Her Majesty's compliments on her walk and the beautiful Thai fabrics worn by the models. Rita is committed to preserving Thai fabrics, a national heritage initiated by Her Majesty, and aims to promote their appreciation among Thais and foreigners alike.

After their volunteer work at the Royal Food Zone, Korn and Rita fulfilled their intention to sign their condolences and pay respects before the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, at the Sahathai Samakhom Pavilion in the Grand Palace.
