K PLUS Service to Undergo Temporary Closure for System Development

Bangkok: Kasikorn Bank has announced a temporary closure of its K PLUS service for three hours on Sunday, July 20, 2025, from 1:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. The closure is aimed at enhancing system efficiency.

According to Thai News Agency, during this period, all services on K PLUS will be unavailable. Customers will not be able to transfer money, top up accounts, pay bills, or withdraw money without a card. Services requiring transaction confirmation or identity verification through K PLUS will also be affected. This includes the inability to transfer money to various wallets such as YouTrip, verify identity before depositing money at a Kasikornbank ATM, apply for automatic debit payment services, and register for services like MAKE by KBank and LINE BK.

Despite the temporary shutdown of K PLUS, Kasikorn credit and debit cards, as well as transactions via ATMs and other bank channels, will remain operational. Customers are advised to plan their transactions in advance to avoid any inconvenience during the service downtime.
