Bangkok: GH Bank is inviting potential buyers to explore over 500 second-hand condominiums available at discounts of up to 50%. The Government Housing Bank (GHB) is hosting the "Online Condominium Fair, Special Prices," which allows customers to purchase pre-owned condos at significant discounts through the GHB ALL HOME application until 4:30 PM on August 20, 2025. The bank is offering three special promotions during this period.
According to Thai News Agency, the first offer provides a 1,000 baht cash voucher to customers who reserve a property and sign a sales contract within three business days. The second offer rewards a 1,000 baht cash voucher to those who transfer property ownership by December 25, 2025. The third offer allows customers who reserve a property and apply for a loan within 45 days of signing the sales contract to secure a special 0% fixed interest rate loan for the first two years.
Mr. Wittaya Saenphakdee, Deputy Managing Director of the Debt Restructuring Group of GHB, highlighted that the fair features over 500 high-quality pre-owned condos across the nation. In Bangkok and surrounding areas, 361 condominiums are listed, such as a unit in the Rich Park @ Tao Poon project in Bang Sue District, with prices starting at 1,610,000 baht. Additionally, 145 condos are available in other provinces, including a unit in the Tree Boutique Condo 2 project in Chiang Mai Province, with prices starting at 1,700,000 baht. These properties offer easy access to various transportation routes and are suitable for both residential living and vacation homes.
The promotion includes three distinct offers: the first is a 1,000 baht cash voucher for customers who reserve a property and complete a sales contract within three business days, limited to 100 vouchers. The second offer provides a 1,000 baht cash voucher for those who transfer ownership by December 25, 2025. Lastly, customers who reserve a property and apply for a loan within the specified timeframe can benefit from a 0% fixed interest rate loan for the first two years.
Interested buyers can reserve properties online via the GHB ALL HOME application, where they can also view actual property images.
