Prachin Buri: A garbage truck driver from Dong Phra Ram Subdistrict in Prachin Buri Province has struck it rich after winning two first prize lottery tickets, totaling a windfall of 12 million baht.
According to Thai News Agency, the fortunate winner, identified as 57-year-old Mr. Samran, works for the Dong Phra Ram Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Mr. Samran recounted that his unexpected luck was prompted by a dream he had the night before the lottery draw. In his dream, he drove to the market only to find his car missing upon his return. This dream led him to purchase lottery tickets using his car's license plate number.
Mr. Samran bought five tickets, swapping the numbers around, never anticipating that he would clinch the grand prize. Despite his newfound wealth, Mr. Samran remains in disbelief, describing the experience as dreamlike. He plans to utilize his winnings to honor his parents first by making merit. The remainder of the money will be directed towards settling debts and securing his retirement in the near future.
