Bangkok: The cause of the husband shooting his wife to death in her car has been revealed. The older brother and a younger friend revealed that the perpetrator had financial problems. In April, the sister-in-law, the deceased, mentioned that her younger brother took the house that his mother had given him as an inheritance and put more than 2 million baht in the bank. This was unusual for him, who had never had money problems before due to the assets given by his mother. The last conversation with her brother occurred after the incide nt, noting his confusion and unclear speech. During their conversation, he repeatedly mentioned, "This house is our family's house to live in," leaving his brother perplexed about his intentions. A younger friend of Mr. Minapat also observed changes in him over the past 4-5 months. He noted that Mr. Minapat had been speaking incoherently and was facing several issues, including financial burdens. The friend recalled Mr. Minapat mentioning that his wife had borrowed millions from him and that he wanted the money back due to his financial difficulties, which is believed to be a contributing factor to the crime.
