Election Commission Announces Election Results for Provincial Administrative Organization Presidents in 10 Provinces

Bangkok: The Election Commission announces the results of the election of the provincial administrative organization presidents of 10 provinces and provincial administrative organization council members of 19 provinces.

According to Thai News Agency, the Election Commission considered the election results for the provincial administrative organization president and provincial administrative organization council members in the case of term completion, which was held on February 1, 2025, and resolved to announce the election results in accordance with Section 17 of the Local Government Council or Local Government Election Act B.E. 2019 and amendments.

Announcing the election results for the provincial administrative organization presidents of 10 provinces: Nan, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sisaket, Nakhon Pathom, Sing Buri, Krabi, Phatthalung, Yala, and Narathiwat.

The results for members of the provincial administrative organization councils were announced in 19 provinces: Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, Nan, Nong Khai, Loei, Bueng Kan, Roi Et, Sisaket, Surin, Ubon Ratchathani, Sa Kaeo, Uthai Thani, Nakhon Pathom, Singburi, Chainat, Krabi, Phatthalung, Yala, and Narathiwat.

The announcement of the election results does not deprive the Election Commission of its duties and powers to investigate, inquire or make a decision when there is reasonable suspicion that the election was not conducted honestly or fairly.
