Bangkok: The Director-General of the Department of Provincial Administration has mandated district chiefs across the country to conduct thorough inspections of drone activities. The directive includes a proactive approach to monitoring and investigating the movement and importation of drones within their jurisdictions.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Nirat Phongsitthaworn, the Director-General, emphasized the need for collaboration with police superintendents at all provincial police stations. The focus is on identifying any suspicious drone imports and their potential use, as well as examining any control devices associated with these drones. The directive also calls for expedited inspections to ensure proper oversight of drone operations.
