Bangkok: The court has issued an arrest warrant for Luk Kok An, his daughter and son, and six others on charges of involvement in a transnational crime organization. The warrants were followed by searches in seven targeted locations.
According to Thai News Agency, cyber police have gathered evidence against the Kok An network, which is linked to an international call center gang. The evidence led to the court's decision to issue arrest warrants for six more members of the network, including Ms. Chulee or Cherry, Ms. Phuchelin, and Mr. Kittisak. All are accused of being part of this transnational crime organization. Investigations revealed that those named in the warrants possess Thai national ID cards. Consequently, search warrants have been executed for seven locations in Bangkok and other provinces, as authorities intensify their search efforts.
Furthermore, the Department of Provincial Administration is scrutinizing the validity of Cherry's Thai national ID card. Police discovered discrepancies between the ID card information and the household registration details, prompting further investigation.
