Consumer Protection Police Division arrested "Mother Tak-Pa Beer" at their residence in connection with online gold sales, which is considered fraud against the public and is in violation of the Computer Crime Act. The Consumer Protection Police Division (CPPD) brought a warrant from the Criminal Court to arrest Ms. Korakanok or Mae Tak and Mr. Kantpol or Beer on September 30, 2024, in the case of selling gold online. The charges were jointly defrauding the public, jointly importing distorted computer data, whether in whole or in part, or false computer data into the computer system in a manner that is likely to cause damage to the public, jointly advertising using messages that are unfair to consumers, jointly intending to cause misunderstanding about the origin, condition, quality, quantity, or other important matters of products or services, whether they belong to oneself or others, advertising or using labels with false messages or information that should have been known to cause misunderstanding. As t he officers escorted 'Mother Tak-Pa Beer' out of the house, both of them had indifferent expressions and did not say anything. Only Mr. Beer raised his hands in a wai before walking into the car. This time, the officers found 4 long guns, a safe, other evidence, and seized a luxury car for inspection.
