According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Surawong Thienthong, Minister of Tourism and Sports and Secretary-General of the Pheu Thai Party, provided insights regarding the upcoming Constitutional Court meeting scheduled for tomorrow. The meeting is expected to address a petition involving an audio clip of Prime Minister Paethongtarn Shinawatra. The conversation in question is between the Prime Minister and Samdech Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Senate. Mr. Surawong clarified that no specific instructions had been given by the Prime Minister in anticipation of the court's decision. He reiterated the Prime Minister's stance that operations should continue as usual.

When questioned about the Pheu Thai Party's preparations for the court's decision, Mr. Surawong emphasized that the party is closely monitoring the situation. He expressed a preference for not making premature assumptions and instead focusing on observing developments. He highlighted the Prime Minister's commitment to her duties, reinforcing that all processes are proceeding as planned. In the event that the Prime Minister is ordered to cease her duties, Mr. Surawong refrained from speculating on who would assume her responsibilities, citing the need to avoid assumptions.

As for concerns about the cabinet list and potential complaints from Pheu Thai Party MPs, Mr. Surawong confirmed that there have been no complaints.
