Commander of 11th Infantry Regiment Honored with Rank in Battlefield Ceremony

Sisaket: Commander of the 11th Infantry Regiment, Lt. Col. Chakkrit Khurirang, was honored with a rank promotion in a battlefield ceremony at Phu Makhuea, Sisaket Province. The ceremony was part of a larger event held by the 3rd Infantry Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, 11th Infantry Battalion, Task Force 1, where personnel who had been promoted to higher ranks were decorated with insignias.

According to Thai News Agency, the ceremony, which took place on July 22, 2025, also included the presentation of certificates of honor to soldiers who completed the Small Military Unit Operations Training Course 2025 and those who completed the 141st Assault Combat Course. Lt. Col. Khurirang addressed the soldiers, offering advice on life and duty, emphasizing the importance of preserving national sovereignty as a source of pride and honor.

The event, held at the peak of Phu Makhuea under the Thai flag, highlighted the significance of military service and the dedication required to protect the nation's sovereignty. Lt. Col.
