Bella Ranee Leads Effort to Restore Naga Statue at Wat Roi Phra Phutthabat Phu Manorom

Mukdahan: Bella Ranee, a renowned actress, alongside her team comprising Kong Huai Rai and Belle Khanitha, has spearheaded a fundraising initiative aimed at restoring the Naga statue at Wat Roi Phra Phutthabat Phu Manorom.

According to Thai News Agency, Bella Ranee, along with her manager and mother Pranee, participated in the annual 2025 Kathina robe offering ceremony on October 23rd. The event was held at Wat Roi Phra Phutthabat Phu Manorom located in Na Si Nuan Subdistrict, Mueang District, Mukdahan Province. Joining her were Isan singer Kong Huai Rai and his wife, Bella Khanitha. The ceremony was organized with the objective of raising funds to restore the Phraya Sri Mukda Mahamuni Nilpan Naga statue and to enhance the surrounding area, including the construction of a Naga plaza intended to improve travel and safety for visitors and pilgrims.

In a social media post dated October 26, 2015, Bella Ranee shared a photo commemorating the event. She expressed her gratitude and described the merit-making event as a collective effort involving her, Ploy, Kong, Beltha, and Bella. The goal was to renovate the statue of Grandfather Phaya Sri Mukda and the adjacent courtyard to provide safer and more convenient access for the community and visitors. Bella extended the merit of this initiative to everyone, reflecting her commitment to community welfare and cultural preservation.
