Bangkok: BCPG, a leading clean energy power producer in the Asia-Pacific region, has been included in the ESG100 list for the 2025 assessment by the Thaipat Institute, marking the eighth consecutive year of its selection. This recognition highlights BCPG's consistent efforts in maintaining high standards in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Rawee Boonsinsuk, Chief Executive Officer and President of BCPG Public Company Limited, expressed pride in the company's inclusion in the ESG100 list within the resources category. The Thaipat Institute evaluated 921 listed securities and acknowledged BCPG's sustainable business practices and commitment to stakeholder responsibility. This acknowledgment spans from 2018 to 2025, showcasing the company's dedication to ESG principles.
Mr. Rawee emphasized BCPG's focus on integrating technology and innovation to create shareholder value and foster positive change across economic, social, and environmental spheres. He highlighted the company's investments in clean energy power generation, reinforcing BCPG's leadership in Thailand's energy transition. He also pointed out the company's mission to inspire green energy awareness under the "Energizing Our Green DNA" initiative, aiming for planetary balance and a sustainable future.
The Thaipat Institute's ESG100 list considers data on ESG performance alongside company performance. Since 2015, the Institute has pioneered the development of business sustainability data and has been compiling sustainability data from listed companies for 11 years.
