Army Region 2 Commander Stays Overnight to Bolster Troops’ Morale at Prasat Ta Muen Thom

Surin: The 2nd Army Area Commander, Lt. Gen. Boonsin Phadklang, spent the night at the Prasat Ta Muen Thom base to provide moral support to the soldiers stationed there. He emphasized the importance of remaining vigilant in their duties and assured the troops that their efforts were aligned with the right objectives.

According to Thai News Agency, the visit took place last night at Prasat Ta Muen Thom, located in Tambon Ta Miang, Amphoe Phanom Dong Rak, Surin Province. Lt. Gen. Phadklang visited the personnel of the 21st Infantry Battalion, Task Force 2, Suranaree Force, who are currently on duty at the base. During his visit, he distributed rice and dry food and offered advice to the soldiers. Maj. Gen. Sompop Pharawet, Commander of the Suranaree Force, accompanied Lt. Gen. Phadklang and also stayed overnight at the base.

Lt. Gen. Phadklang expressed his gratitude and confidence in the soldiers' ability to perform their duties effectively. He reaffirmed that they were on the right path and encouraged the troops to remain aware that commanders at all levels are continuously providing support. He cautioned against complacency, noting that unexpected events could occur at any time, and urged the soldiers to stay informed.
