Sisaket: “Army Area 2” has initiated efforts to boost the morale of soldiers stationed at the border by providing them with rice and dry food, aiming to encourage them in their mission to safeguard the nation’s sovereignty.
According to Thai News Agency, Lt. Gen. Boonsin Pladklang, the Commander of the 2nd Army Area Command Center, led the opening of the 9th year, 1st Mini-Dana Barami Project at Thung Pa Suan Son Thammasathan, located at Pha Mor I Daeng, Sao Thong Chai Subdistrict, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province. The project focused on presenting consumer goods to soldiers, supported by Phra Ratchawachiralangkarn Wi. (Khampon Sutthiyano), the provincial monastic leader of Nakhon Ratchasima, Phra Achan Chatchai Aphiwichcho, and students from Thung Pa Suan Son.
Participants in the event acknowledged the critical role of soldiers patrolling the border, emphasizing their commitment to protecting and preserving the homeland for the people’s happiness and peace. The initiative underscores the soldiers’ mission to maintain the nation’s sovereignty, resonating with the saying, “Thais love peace, but when it comes to war, they are not cowards.”
