Triam Udom Suksa Alumni Association Launches Three Major Fundraising Events for 2025

BANGKOK: The Triam Udom Suksa Alumni Association under Royal Patronage has announced plans to host three major events in 2025, aiming to raise over 1 million baht for the enhancement of educational facilities and the environment at Triam Udom Suksa School. The activities, which include a charity golf tournament, a school homecoming, and a walk-run event, are designed to foster connections among alumni and provide support for school development initiatives. According to Thai News Agency, the first of these events is the 'CUPSAA Charity Golf Tournament,' scheduled for January 21, 2025, at The RG City Golf Club in Pathum Thani Province. The tournament, which is limited to 40 teams, will feature trophies bestowed by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. Proceeds from the event will be partially donated to royal charities. The alumni association encourages interested parties to register or support the event through their official channels. The second event, marking the school's 87th anniversary, is the Triam Udom Suksa School Homecoming set for February 8, 2025. The homecoming will feature tours of the school's significant sites, environmentally friendly practices, and performances by alumni and current students. Tickets for the event are available in two categories, with early bird pricing offered for group bookings. The final major activity for 2025 is the 'Pinhathai Run CONNECT and FUN,' a walk-run event scheduled for June 15, 2025. This activity is designed to promote health and foster relationships among alumni, students, and the community. The event will include a 5-kilometer Fun Run and other engaging activities. Additionally, a Virtual Run challenge will allow participants worldwide to contribute to the event's goals. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dilok Biyayothai, President of the Alumni Association, emphasized the importance of these events in promoting community health and sustaining the educational environment at Triam Udom Suksa School.
