Bangkok, Oct 15 - The Prime Minister is preparing to kick off the "Economic Recovery Project" tomorrow, attracting large companies to help small companies, reducing the cost of living, stimulating the Thai economy nationwide, and increasing the amount of tens of thousands of baht. Mr. Pichai Naripthaphan, Minister of Commerce, revealed that tomorrow (October 16, 2024) at 10:00 a.m., Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, will preside over the opening of the 'Economic Recovery Project' at Government House, which will integrate government agencies and major private sectors, such as the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, Ministry of Public Health, Board of Trade of Thailand, Federation of Thai Industries, Thai Retailers Association, wholesalers and retailers, and gas stations, etc., to bring in big people to help small people in the country to help reduce expenses for small entrepreneurs, reduce rental fees for sta lls/shops in government and private sector areas, reduce prices for consumer goods for people nationwide, and organize a product discount festival continuously for 5 full months, with pilot activities from September 2024 to January next year. Mr. Pichai said that the Prime Minister will live-stream and talk with entrepreneurs and broadcast the atmosphere of the recovery activities from real locations in all 5 regions: Khon Kaen, Lopburi, Udon Thani, Phuket, and Chiang Rai.
