Thai Stock Market Sees Morning Gains as SET Rises by 16.28 Points


Bangkok: Thai stocks closed the morning session up 16.28 points. The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) closed this morning at 1,330.19 points, an increase of 16.28 points (+1.24%), with a trading value of approximately 30.962 billion baht.



According to Thai News Agency, analysts stated that the morning gains in the Thai stock market were primarily driven by DELTA and the electronic components sector. Additionally, the market was buoyed by better-than-expected September export figures. On the international front, low US inflation is anticipated to influence the prospects of a Federal Reserve interest rate cut.



The afternoon trend is predicted to fluctuate within positive territory, with support anticipated at 1,320 points and a new resistance level projected at 1,350 points.
