Bangkok: Sabida Thaiset, the Minister of Culture, demonstrated her commitment to the Sisaket residents by braving heavy rain to assist them in lifting chairs to avoid getting wet while awaiting Anutin Charnvirakul's speech at the Sisaket District 5 by-election rally. Anutin, serving as the Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, is also the leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, which aims to win all MP seats and look after the people.
According to Thai News Agency, the event took place at the multipurpose building of the Phu Sing District Office shortly before Anutin Charnvirakul arrived to campaign for the by-election. The Bhumjaithai Party is fielding Ms. Jintawan Traisaranakul as their candidate for MP in Sisaket Province, District 5. Reporters observed that heavy rain began just before the Prime Minister's arrival, prompting Ms. Sabida to step off the stage and assist villagers in moving their chairs into the building for shelter.
During her speech, Ms. Sabida assured the crowd that electing a candidate from the Bhumjaithai Party would allow her to provide continuous support to the people. She highlighted her ability to contact the Prime Minister directly at any time, reinforcing the party's commitment to the community's needs. Ms. Sabida emphasized unity, stating that the distinction between small and big houses is over, as everyone is part of one house.
