Initial findings suggest the crash resulted from reckless and high-speed driving. Investigators are delving into all facets of the incident to compile evidence and prosecute those responsible. The Traffic Police Division is working closely with relevant authorities to gather evidence from the expressway. Charges will be pursued if the investigation rules out traffic violations, particularly for driving without regard for others' safety.

Additionally, Pol. Gen. Prachuap Wongsuk, overseeing crime prevention, has instructed Pol. Lt. Gen. Samran Nuanma and other relevant police units to gather evidence and conduct thorough investigations. Legal actions will be initiated for any offenses uncovered, with penalties for road racing and related activities clearly outlined, including fines and imprisonment.
