Kazan: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh of Vietnam has arrived in Kazan, Russia, marking the start of a two-day trip to participate in the expanded BRICS Summit. The visit comes at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who will chair BRICS in 2024. According to Vietnam News Agency, Prime Minister Chinh was greeted upon arrival by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan, the First Deputy Mayor of Kazan, and Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Dang Minh Khoi. The high-ranking Vietnamese delegation accompanies Chinh as he embarks on this diplomatic mission aimed at strengthening ties with the BRICS nations.
