Hanoi: National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man engaged in discussions with the visiting Speaker of the House of Representatives of Malaysia, Tan Sri Dato' Johari Bin Abdul, in Hanoi on October 23. The talks followed a welcome ceremony for the Malaysian delegation. According to Vietnam News Agency, earlier in the day, the Malaysian Speaker, accompanied by his spouse and delegation, paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum in Hanoi. The delegation also visited the special national relic of Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam, also known as the Temple of Literature. In the evening, Tran Thanh Man hosted an official banquet in honor of the Malaysian guests.
