Money-Making Occupation: Khun Khun’s Fried Chicken Sells 200 Kilograms a Day.

Chachoengsao: Saowipa Piarat, 57, has turned her dream into a thriving business venture, selling 200 kilograms of fried chicken daily. Before embarking on this successful enterprise, Saowipa worked in a factory but always aspired to run her own business. Her initial attempt at entrepreneurship was a restaurant in Chachoengsao, which unfortunately had to close due to economic challenges. Not giving up, she decided to pivot and open a fried chicken restaurant. According to Thai News Agency, Saowipa first launched her fried chicken shop in Lat Krabang, where it received a positive response. This success inspired her to return to her hometown in Kabin Buri District to open another branch, providing employment for her children who were out of work at the time. Choosing a location close to home was strategic, allowing her to offer affordable and tasty food to her community. She set up shop at Khun Wichai Market in 'Thai Prakong', Tambon Kabin, Amphoe Kabin Buri, Prachin Buri Province, naming her establishments Tha n Khun Fried Chicken and Than Khun Hub Bon Chicken. Saowipa's business model focuses on affordability and taste, particularly emphasizing her delicious dipping sauce. With the help of five hired assistants, she manages to sell chicken worth ten thousand baht each day. The shop operates from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day, with no holidays, welcoming all who wish to enjoy her popular fried chicken at Khun Wichai Market.
