Ha long city: The 16th international conference on the East Sea commenced in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, aiming to explore solutions for enhancing peace, stability, and prosperity in the East Sea region. Organized by the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV), the conference has attracted nearly 50 experts from 23 countries and international organizations, alongside 100 delegates from foreign representative offices in Vietnam and 22 ambassadors. According to Vietnam News Agency, the two-day event features seven sessions covering a range of topics pertinent to the East Sea. The conference serves as a platform for delegates to discuss and develop strategies that can foster cooperation and address regional challenges. Participants are expected to share insights and propose actionable measures for maintaining peace and stability in the area.
