According to Thai News Agency, the meeting underscored the Sangha Council's exclusive authority to make decisions on such matters. Additionally, it established new channels for information exchange with external agencies, including the Royal Thai Police. This measure aims to facilitate a more transparent response to any complaints that are lodged through various avenues, thereby reinforcing accountability and integrity within the Sangha.
