Additionally, a monsoon trough is projected to pass through the upper South, triggering heavy rain in various parts of Thailand and potentially very heavy rainfall and strong winds in the initial stages. Residents are advised to exercise caution due to the threat of thunderstorms, strong winds, and heavy to very heavy rain, which could lead to flash floods and forest runoff, especially in hilly areas near waterways and low-lying regions. The public is urged to avoid open spaces, large trees, and unstable structures, while also taking health precautions against changing weather conditions.
