Hanoi pilots smart transport operation system

The Hanoi Transport Department on July 4 kicked off a pilot programme on a transport operation centre (TOC) with technological applications to manage the transport network in real-time. It is fully equipped to measure traffic, monitor violations, provide information, control smart traffic lights and peripheral equipment installed at two pilot intersections.
