According to Thai News Agency, the Interior Minister emphasized that provincial governors are generally mature enough to discern what is appropriate. He has instructed the deputy secretary of the Interior Ministry to investigate the matter thoroughly. If any inappropriate conduct is found, a warning will be issued to the governor. When questioned about the maturity of the governor's comments, Anutin stated that he is yet to examine the details. He deferred to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior for further clarification, as he was not fully informed at the time.
