Bangkok: In an exciting development for participants of the ‘Thailand Top Vote 2024’ activity, Thailand Post and MCOT have awarded gold prizes to top voters for the second week of the event.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Phurit Mitsomwang, PostNext Manager of Thailand Post Company Limited, along with Mr. Suwit Sapphaha-udom, Assistant Managing Director of the Radio Office, presented the gold prize to the top spender of the week. Ms. Prapassorn Champabun was acknowledged as the top voter, casting 6,817 votes and securing the first prize of 1 baht weight gold. Her father accepted the prize on her behalf.
In fifth place, Ms. Praddaporn Boonsong expressed her delight at winning a gold award, having cast 5,078 votes for Ryan Kajabandit in the best entertainer category. Ms. Boonsong shared her determination to strategize for the upcoming week to ensure her favorite artist leads the votes. She encouraged others to vote passionately, highlighting the dual benefit of supporting beloved artists and having a chan
ce to win gold.
Another recipient, Ms. Wimonporn Saksri, traveled from Ubon Ratchathani to claim her 25-satang gold prize. Despite only recently discovering and supporting Nong Mee Noi, she was inspired to vote after seeing promotional content on Channel 9. Her unexpected win has motivated her to continue voting with hopes of further success.
Voters can continue to participate and compete for gold prizes over the next three weeks, with the activity running until December 22. In the final week of December, the top ten voters from the overall contest period, November 18 to December 31, 2024, will compete for grand prizes totaling 25 baht of gold. The first-place winner will receive 10 baht of gold, second place 5 baht, third place 3 baht, and fourth to tenth places 1 baht each.
