According to Thai News Agency, officials and rescue units rushed to evacuate 28 patients from Tron Hospital in Uttaradit Province to safety as early as 3 a.m. before transferring them to a nearby hospital. Floodwaters from the floodwaters in Thong Saen Khan District caused the hospital to rise rapidly, reaching over a meter in some areas. As of this morning, floodwaters remain inundated throughout the area surrounding Tron Hospital.
