Rajamanu: Commander of the Rajamanu Task Force, Naresuan Battalion, presented certificates to graduates of the 6th class of the Royal Thai Army's Tactical Bombing Unmanned Aircraft Commander Course.
According to Thai News Agency, the event took place on August 31, 2015, at the Royal Thai Army's Tactical Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) Combat Drone Operator Training Center. Colonel Natthakorn Ruenthip, the Commander of the Rajamanu Task Force, delivered a lecture on the Tactical Unmanned Aerial System training course to fifth-year cadets and instructors. The lecture was part of a study visit to the Naresuan Army Base.
Participants also observed a bombing test conducted by the sixth batch of trainees, focusing on coordination between surveillance and attack drones to enhance target identification and bombing accuracy. The training process was evaluated, and recommendations were made for improvement to enhance operational efficiency. The Commander presented certificates of honor and badges to training personnel, emphasizing the importance of applying their newfound knowledge to their missions. This initiative aims to enhance tactical UAV capabilities and bolster the Army's readiness to protect and preserve Thailand.
The Royal Thai Army's Tactical Bomber Unmanned Aircraft Training Center also produced a video clip honoring the bravery of three 4th Generation UAS comrades who sacrificed their lives on July 25, 2015, while repelling the enemy at Prasat Ta Kwai. Each drone is named in honor of these tactical bomber drone operators, symbolizing the legacy of protecting Thailand's independence and sovereignty.
