Commander of Burapha Task Force Inspects Combat Readiness, Enhances Border Defense Potential

Bangkok: Simulated exercise by the 'Commander of the Burapha Task Force' inspects combat readiness to be ready to support assigned missions in the border area.

According to Thai News Agency, Maj. Gen. Benjapol Dechatiwong Na Ayutthaya, Commander of the 2nd Infantry Division, Royal Guards, and Commander of the Burapha Task Force, led an inspection of combat readiness at Ban Nong Sang, Nong Sang Subdistrict, Aranyaprathet District, Sa Kaeo Province. This inspection was part of the regular operating procedures of the Special Operations Unit of the Armored Infantry Battalion (12th Regiment, 2nd Battalion, Royal Guards).

The task force moved personnel, weapons, and equipment to the assembly area of the 126th Border Patrol Police Company, located in the Pa Rai Subdistrict, Aranyaprathet District, Sa Kaeo Province. This preparation aims to address potential situations that may arise in the border area.

The mission is executed upon assignment from a higher unit. The Commander emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline among personnel while performing their duties. He underscored the need for the unit to project a positive image and demonstrate strength to the local population, instilling confidence in their ability to maintain and protect the country. The Commander also stressed the importance of attention to subordinates within the chain of command, building morale, and preparing personnel to be ready for missions assigned by higher units.
