Mr. Chusak Sirinil Minister of the Prime Minister's Office presided over the ceremony of awarding the plaque and seal of the Service Standards of the Convenient Government Center (GECC) to the agencies that have passed the certification of the Convenient Government Center Standards for the year 2024. The number of 617 centers is a symbol of the public service of government agencies that provide services with "convenience, speed, and easy access" in accordance with the policy for all government agencies, including ministries, departments, provinces, and state enterprises, to provide convenient government centers to provide advice and guide and facilitate the people who come to request services. However, The Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office in collaboration with the Office of the Bureaucratic Developm ent Commission has implemented the Convenient Government Center Project since 2016, and 8,688 government agencies have applied for the certification of the Convenient Government Center Standard, and 3,622 centers have been certified. For 2024 The Board of Directors of the Convenient Government Center has assigned 10 Subcommittees to assess the standards through the video conference system and go to the site to consider the physical, quality and results. The committee has considered certifying the service standards of convenient government centers for the year 2024 for 617 centers, divided into 3 levels of standards as follows: Excellence or Gold refers to an organization that has added innovation and technology for providing services with a digital system. Convenient anytime, anywhere, 4 centers, including Pang Mapha Hospital, Mae Hong Son Province. Phrapokklao Hospital, Chanthaburi Province Metropolitan Electricity Authority, Long Toei and Samut Prakan Districts Progressive level or silver refers to the a gencies that have added innovation, convenient services, easy access, and technology in providing services to 119 centers such as the Land Office, the Flag Center, the Office of Transportation, the Banks, the Electricity Authority, and the Water Supply Authority. Provincial Treasury, Social Security, Provincial Commerce, Public Health Provincial Customs, etc. The basic level or blue refers to the agencies that provide convenient, fast, and easy-to-access services in 494 centers such as district offices, land offices, transportation offices, etc. Justice Center, District Administrative Office, Provincial Justice Revenue, Excise, Correctional Institution Probation Recruitment, Labor Skills Development, Prisons/Correctional Facilities, and Public Company Limited. National Telecommunications, etc. Therefore, the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office has organized a plaque and seal presentation ceremony today.
