Bhumjaithai Party Announces Readiness to Form Government Amid Political Developments

Bangkok: The media is closely monitoring the Bhumjaithai Party's moves after yesterday's announcement that it is ready to form a government. This morning, August 30th, at the Bhumjaithai Party, a large group of media were eagerly awaiting the progress of Bhumjaithai Party leader Anutin Charnvirakul and his party members. Last night, August 29th, Bhumjaithai Party leader Anutin Charnvirakul announced his readiness to form a government. The party was joined by Santi Promphat, deputy leader of the Palang Pracharath Party; Suchart Chomklin, deputy leader of the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party; Sakda Wichiensri, MP for Kanchanaburi from the Pheu Thai Party; Suratin Picharn, leader of the New Democracy Party; and Niphon Bunyamanee, a former minister from the Democrat Party.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Anutin revealed that he accepted the People's Party's proposal, knowing that the time constraints were limited. If the combined votes from the People's Party were combined, he was confident that a government would be formed to govern the country. He would return power to the people within four months and dissolve Parliament to reset the country.
