The Bank of Thailand (BOT) confirmed that money transfers between personal accounts are not frozen and do not fall under the category of money mule accounts, following a post by a netizen about a transfer to his own account that was frozen.
According to Thai News Agency, the BoT further clarified that transferring money between one's own accounts does not constitute the behavior of a mule account. However, a recent investigation by reporters revealed that the person who posted the message has since deleted it.
