Bangkok: Announced on June 13th, if "Thaksin" does not appear at the Supreme Court, an arrest warrant will definitely be issued. "Chanchai-Somchai" aim to submit additional case documents on Level 14 on 29 May, stating that if they do not appear at the Supreme Court on 13 June, an arrest warrant will definitely be issued. "Lawyer Nokhao" slams the conscience of the minister who invited "Thaksin" to talk about solving drug problems, even though he has killed more than 2,000 people.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Nitithorn Lamluea, or Lawyer Nok Khao, commented on the image of Mr. Jatuporn Prompan shaking hands with Mr. Sonthi Limthongkul, emphasizing that their collaboration aims to address national issues rather than directly targeting the government. Nok Khao indicated that there needs to be a discussion on the country's direction, as the current political parties are unable to solve existing problems.

When questioned about Thaksin Shinawatra's continued influence, Lawyer Nokhao criticized the decision to invite Thaksin to discuss drug suppression strategies, highlighting the ethical concerns of involving someone responsible for numerous deaths. Nokhao urged ministers to consider whether their actions would benefit the nation and warned against perpetuating a problematic system.

Regarding Thaksin's potential return to the political scene, Lawyer Nokhao suggested that the country has moved past Thaksin's era. He noted that while many political parties have distanced themselves from Thaksin, the Pheu Thai Party continues to engage him, which could lead to negative consequences for Thailand.

As for the Supreme Court's proceedings on June 13, Nokhao expressed confidence that if Thaksin appears, the court will be able to reach a decision based on the existing evidence. He mentioned that if Thaksin is unable to attend for valid reasons, the court might consider a postponement. However, an absence without a justified reason could lead to an arrest warrant.

Mr. Chanchai Issarasenarak, a former Democrat MP, emphasized the importance of Thaksin's presence in court to defend himself and avoid negative repercussions. Meanwhile, Mr. Somchai Saengkaew, a former Senate member, stated that additional evidence regarding the 14th floor case will be submitted, which should clarify the nature of Thaksin's alleged medical treatment. If Thaksin fails to appear in court, an arrest warrant will be issued.
