Anutin to Convene Special Cabinet Meeting at Parliament Building to Discuss “Half-Half” Proposal


Bangkok: Anutin Charnvirakul, the Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, is set to hold a special Cabinet meeting following the government’s policy statement, with particular attention on the “Half-Half” project proposal.



According to Thai News Agency, the special Cabinet meeting is scheduled for September 30th, right after the government policy debate concludes at 6:00 PM. The meeting will take place in Room CB 401 on the 4th floor of the Parliament Building, a space previously used for the Special Committee on the Annual Budget Bill. Government House officials have already inspected and coordinated the use of this venue.



The meeting is significant as it may lead to the approval of the “Half-Half” project budget, with the fiscal year for 2025 concluding on the same day, September 30th. The new fiscal year for 2026 is set to begin on October 1st, raising anticipation about the outcomes of this meeting regarding the project’s financial planning.
