A sedan was overtaking on a bridge and lost control, crashing into two oncoming cars. One person died and three were injured. Officers inspected a white Honda car accident that hit a black Mazda 2 and a gray Mazda 2 that was driving in the opposite direction. The accident occurred at midnight on the bridge over the Wat Phra Dhammakaya intersection, Khlong Song Subdistrict, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province. One female deceased was found, identified as Ms. Narathip, 28 years old, the driver of the black Mazda that was hit. In addition, there were 2 injured people who were in the white Honda that caused the accident, named Ms. Phatirat, 35 years old, from Mueang District, Ranong Province, and Mr. Prosecutor, 33 years old. Both were taken to Bangpakok Rangsit 2 Hospital. Checking the footage from the front camera of the car that caused the accident, it was found that the car was speeding faster than the others since it went up the bridge and tried to overtake a taxi, but lost control and almost hit the barrier on the side of the road. The driver tried to turn the steering wheel back, but was still unable to control it. In the end, he crashed into a black car that was coming from the opposite direction with great force. Asked Mr. Suksan, 31 years old, the driver of the gray Mazda, he said that while driving up the bridge heading to Talad Thai, suddenly a car on the opposite side spun from the middle of the bridge before hitting the black Mazda car in front of him hard and spinning back to hit his car again. Later, Mr. Thiwakorn, 27 years old, the boyfriend of the deceased, traveled to meet the police and revealed that his girlfriend worked at a private company in the Mueang district. Today, his girlfriend came to visit a friend at a room in the Khlong Hok area. Not long before the incident, his girlfriend called to say she was going home. However, after a long time, he noticed something was wrong, so he called, but the first call was not answered. When he called the second call, a rescue worker answere d and said that his girlfriend had been in an accident, so he rushed to come. Pol. Lt. Kriangkrai Srimai, Deputy Inspector (Investigation), Khlong Luang Police Station, recorded images at the scene as evidence, inspected CCTV cameras, and invited one slightly injured person for questioning. He will then travel to question the injured driver of the accident to take legal action.
