Thaksin reassured that the coalition parties were functioning effectively and had recently collaborated on the Overlapping Claims Area (OCA) issue. Thaksin also responded to comments from Pol. Gen. Sereepisuth Temiyaves, who intended to act as a witness against him, by encouraging him to proceed as desired. He dismissed the actions of Mr. Thirayuth Suwannakasorn, who had filed a complaint regarding the matter, suggesting a mutual understanding of each party's objectives. Thaksin insisted there was no threat to coalition unity despite concerns over the three airports' electric trains contract. Regarding the sixth petition, Thaksin trivialized the claims, simply describing the gathering at Chan Song La house as a night indulging in "Mama noodles."
