A special art programe was jointly held by the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information and Education and the Vietnam Television at the Ba Dinh Square in Hanoi on August 30 to mark the 55th death anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (September 2, 1969-2024), and 55 years of fulfilling his sacred testament.
