Initially, the investigators filed 6 charges against Mr. Off and Mr. Ken: jointly operating a personal loan service business under supervision without permission, jointly lending money to others in a manner that is in the nature of charging interest rates exceeding the rate specified by law, jointly collecting debts by threatening, using violence or other actions that cause damage to the body, reputation or property of the debtor or others, jointly collecting debts from others who are not the debtors, jointly assaulting others causing physical or mental harm, and jointly causing fear or shock to others by threatening. Mr. Off confessed to the charges but denied the charge of jointly collecting debts from other persons who were not debtors, claiming that his grandmother was his debtor. Mr. Ken denied all charges. For Mr. Ken, there is a history of being prosecuted for debt collection using violence in 2018 in the area of ??Chalong Krung Police Station, 2023 in the area of ??Chorakhe Noi Police Station and Thung Song Hong Police Station. As for Mr. Ice and Mr. Bo, they were charged with 4 counts: jointly collecting debts by threatening, using violence or other actions that cause damage to the body, reputation or property of the debtor or others, jointly collecting debts from other persons who are not the debtors, jointly causing physical harm to others resulting in physical or mental harm, and jointly causing fear or shock to others by threatening. They confessed to all charges. Pol. Col. Thanantorn revealed that as for the part where society thinks that the police are working slowly, he confirmed that it was a misunderstanding because aft er the grandmother came to file a complaint on July 20, the investigator had the grandmother go for a physical examination to use the doctor's opinion to support the case file and had scheduled a questioning session on July 26. However, the victim may not have known yet, so she thought that the case had not progressed and had to ask for help from the Sai Mai Must Survive page. He is currently being tracked down and prosecuted. The investigator then took the four suspects to the Criminal Court on Ratchadaphisek Road to request a detention order for the first period.
