The 4th theoretical workshop between the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and the French Communist Party (PCF) was held in Hanoi on October 29 under the theme of 'Human security in a changing world and the practice of response policies of Vietnam and France". Politburo member, President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA), and Chairman of the Central Theory Council Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang and National Secretary of the PCF Fabien Roussel co-chaired the event.
