The 245th/246th Sessions of the World Custom Organisation (WCO)'s Permanent Technical Committee (PTC) has taken place in Brussels, the first of its kind under Vietnam's current chairmanship. The event was chaired by Nguyen Thi Vinh Hoai, Counselor of the Vietnamese Embassy in Belgium and Representative of Vietnam Customs to the WCO, gathering more than 300 delegates from WCO members, international organisations, the private sector, and research institutes.
