Representatives of nearly 20 victims of Pa Beer-Mae Tak gold shop submitted evidence to file a complaint against them for fraud and selling substandard gold live. Nearly 20 victims who bought gold online from Ms. Korakanok or Mae Tak, along with their lawyers, filed a complaint at the Central Investigation Bureau of the Royal Thai Police to press charges against Mae Tak and Mr. Kantpol or Pa Beer for fraud. The victim's representative revealed that they had previously filed a complaint at Bo Win Police Station in Chonburi Province, but the police did not accept the report, stating that it did not fall under fraud because the victim received the product but did not check the weight of the gold before receiving it. Ms. Wanwisa, the victim, revealed that she had kept this matter a secret for almost 2 years, not daring to come out and give information because she was afraid of being sued for defamation. Until society started paying attention and there were more victims, and she herself started to have knowled ge of the law, so she dared to come out and fight and wanted Mother Tak to be punished according to the law. Lawyer Pat or Mr. Anusorn Asuraphon, a lawyer, revealed that there are currently 155 victims in the group, with a total damage value of 2 million baht. However, the problem is that most of the victims are in other provinces and abroad, making it difficult for the victims to gather and file a complaint. The evidence brought to file a complaint today includes evidence of buying and selling, freebies given by Mother Tak, and a live clip of selling gold online. The charges to be filed today are fraud and deceiving the public, as these are criminal offenses against the state. Source: Thai News Agency
