The Vietnam-Russia Committee on Educational, Scientific and Technological Cooperation convened its fifth meeting in Moscow on September 10 to review and assess the results of cooperation activities and outline orientations for the time to come. The event took place within the framework of the 25th session of the Russia-Vietnam Intergovernmental Committee on cooperation in the fields of economy-trade and science-technology. The two sides signed a series of documents laying the foundation for bilateral cooperation in the fields of education and science-technology, including a Memorandum of Understanding on joining the network of Russian and Vietnamese technical universities.
