Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, head of the Steering Committee for reviewing and untangling knots in the legal document system, chaired the first meeting of the committee on July 8. Highlighting the requirements for the steering committee's operations, Chinh pointed to the need to form a supporting team for the committee led by a Deputy Minister of Justice and comprising of competent officials, experts and scholars.
