A delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) made a working visit to Argentina and had talks with leaders of some political parties in Buenos Aires on August 22. The delegation was led by Politburo member, Secretary of the CPV Central Committee and Head of the CPV CC's Commission for Popularisation and Education Nguyen Trong Nghia.
