Bangkok: Deputy Commander of the Central Investigation Bureau, Pol. Lt. Gen. Suwat Saengnum, has announced that no wrongdoing has been found in relation to Ms. Oi's inheritance. The investigation, which has been ongoing, has yet to find anyone guilty. Further proceedings are being expedited as the Central Investigation Bureau focuses on unresolved issues. According to Thai News Agency, Pol. Lt. Gen. Suwat provided updates on the case following a meeting held at 1:00 PM yesterday. It was revealed that the injured party had been called in for additional testimony as certain aspects of the case remained unclear. Investigators are meticulously reviewing the testimony to ensure all points are addressed thoroughly. The questioning sessions have been focused on consistent issues, while new inquiries are being compiled as part of the ongoing investigation. The investigation into the inheritance has concluded without finding any illegal activity. Regarding the installation of GPS systems in cars, initial reports con firm that these systems are standard in vehicles, with buyers receiving an ID to access them. This area of the investigation is still ongoing. In addition, two witnesses, who are close associates of Lawyer Tum, are still being considered in the case. Investigators are gathering comprehensive evidence to determine their level of involvement, whether they were actively part of the crime or merely present. The investigation aims to ensure a thorough and careful examination of all evidence. The investigation team is collaborating on four cases, with evidence appearing clear in each instance. The focus now is on analyzing the evidence to identify any additional criminal involvement. The aim is to conclude the investigation by Deposit 3 and forward the findings to the prosecutor in Deposit 4 for review. The prosecutor may request further information to ensure the case is as complete as possible.
